01 — The Assignment

Supporting the people, systems, and standards behind marine construction.

My work with HME Construction bridged corporate safety operations, training administration, contractor qualification, field coordination and digital systems for a marine contractor serving federal and commercial waterways.

The work extended beyond the jobsite: supporting operational documentation and collaborating with company leadership on the HME website and selected federal-project case studies. HME's dredging achievements belong to its field teams; this archive documents my contribution within that broader effort.

Across field and
corporate systems.

  1. 01

    Corporate safety & field support

Supported safety programs and marine-field coordination in environments involving dredging vessels, heavy lifting, marine crews and federal contract requirements.

  2. 02

    Training management

Worked with workforce training requirements, documentation, and safety program materials to support consistent operational execution.

  3. 03

    Contractor qualification systems

Supported administrative and compliance workflows, including Avetta and ISNetworld contractor-prequalification systems.

  4. 04

    Digital experience & technical communication

Contributed to the HME website and its project storytelling with executives; developed related branded materials and operational/documentation resources. The deeper design portfolio is presented through Accredited Designs.

04 — Public Project Records

Three federal
waterway projects.

Selected case studies published on HME's own website and developed with company leadership. The operational quantities below are HME-reported project results, not a claim of personally performing or managing the dredging.

05 — Digital Contribution

Work beyond
the waterfront.

Website design, project narratives, branded material and operational documentation extended the assignment into digital communication and corporate systems.
